So I was going to write some post on how parenting changes things when I thought to myself “the baby is due in 10 weeks”.
HOW THE BLOODY HELL DID IT PASS SO BLOODY QUCKLY? BLARRRRRGHLREAGH!
Okay. Got that out of my system, now to do a quick review of where we are at:
Sleeping: we have a bassinet which attached to the bed. So for the first few months, that is fine.
Clothes: we have a metric tonne of new born clothing from The Lad.
Food: planning to breastfeed again, but we have access to bottles should they be required.
Nursery: we never had one for The Lad, so we ain’t doing it this time. Seriously, I don’t understand the whole nursery thing, a baby takes over your whole house anyway.
Nappies: the wonderful thing about cloth nappies is we already have it covered.
Bibs , bedding etc…. Again leftovers a plenty for that stuff.
Toys: Still have baby stuff (mobiles, mats etc…) From The Lads early days.
Odd twinge of guilt about re-using so much: yep got that sorted.
Okay, so not as bad as a thought.
Did I miss anything obvious?
